Terms and Conditions of Tenant Referral Scheme.  

1. The Tenant Referral Scheme (“Promotion“) runs from 1 January 2024 to 31 December 2024, both dates inclusive, or while the quota is full, whichever is earlier (“Promotion Period”). The Promotion offer is limited to 20 quotas on a first-come-first-serve basis, while quota lasts.
2. To be a qualified referrer, he or she must be an existing tenant or former tenant under a tenancy agreement in relation to a unit of the selected Signature Homes residential properties under the Sun Hung Kai Properties Group (“Referrer”).
3. The Referrer should directly introduce a new tenant (“Referee”) to Signature Homes' leasing staff.
4. The Referrer shall not be any staff of Sun Hung Kai Properties Group and its subsidiaries or affiliates (including Signature Homes).
5. The Referee shall not be an existing tenant or occupant of any Signature Homes properties or any staff of Sun Hung Kai Properties Group and its subsidiaries or affiliates (including Signature Homes).
6. The Referee has not made any direct or indirect contact (e.g. via property agent) with Signature Homes or the Landlord within a period of six months before the date of introduction.
7. The Referrer and Referee will be entitled to receive designated rewards (“Referral Rewards”) as shown below table upon both Referrer and Referee fulfill aforesaid requirements and Referee has successfully signed off a 24-month or above residential lease with Signature Homes for designated residences (“New Tenancy Agreement”) within the Promotion Period (“Successful Referral”).

8. The said introduction shall be valid for twelve (12) months counting from the date of introduction. For the avoidance of doubt, if no leasing or licensing is achieved within the above said twelve (12) months’ period, no Referral Rewards shall be granted to the Referrer and the Referee.
9. Subject to the aforesaid, a Referrer shall be entitled to the Referral Rewards in respect of the Successful Referral up to three (3) times in maximum during the Promotion Period. 
10. Each Referee is entitled to the Referral Rewards once.
11. A redemption letter of Referral Rewards (“Redemption Letter”) will be issued to the Referrer and Referee respectively within 30 days after the Successful Referral. Referrer and Referee are required to follow the instruction stated in the Redemption Letter to redeem the Referral Rewards.
12. The Redemption Letter can only be redeemed for Referral Rewards once. Lost, stolen, or damaged Redemption Letters will not be reissued.
13. The Referral Rewards will be awarded by Hong Kong ifc mall (hereinafter called "ifc mall") upon presenting a valid Redemption Letter at CLUB ic lobby and has successfully registered for CLUB ic membership in person on or before 31 January 2025. Late registration will not be accepted.
14. For Referrer and Referee who are existing CLUB ic Purple members, ifc mall will extend a membership upgrade to Gold tier by presenting the Redemption Letter.
15. The membership will only be activated upon the completion of registration with all necessary information. Referrer and Referee will be entitled to the ifc mall e-Gift Voucher (“Voucher) upon the Successful Referral. The Voucher will be valid from the date of issuance to 31 December 2025 (“both dates inclusive”).  The Voucher is available after login to CLUB ic account on “ifc mall (Hong Kong)” iPhone/Android applications and can only be used at outlets of the participating merchants at ifc mall. Please refer to the list of the participating merchants on the App. Other terms and conditions of the Voucher apply.
16. Referrer and Referee will be entitled to a CLUB ic Gold membership until 31 December 2025, starting from the membership registered date. Thereafter, the membership level will be reviewed at the beginning of 2026 and determined by the total ifc Points accumulated in 2025. If Referrer and Referee reached 300,000 ifc Points or above before 31 December 2025, the membership tier upgrade will be reflected on the next day of ifc Points registration. The use and validity of the CLUB ic Gold membership are subject to respective terms and conditions.
17. Referrer and Referee who is an existing CLUB ic Gold member or above member upon the date of redemption, will only be entitled to the Voucher, subject to the fulfillment of the requirement in Clause 7.
18. The Referral Rewards cannot be refunded and/or redeemed for cash.
19. The Referral Rewards are supplied by ifc mall and are subject to respective terms and conditions. Signature Homes shall assume no responsibility for the quality of the goods or services redeemed or rendered and their after-sales services. 20. This Promotion cannot be used in conjunction with other promotional offers offered by Signature Homes.
21. Signature Homes and Sun Hung Kai Properties Limited shall not be liable for any disputes arising between Referrer and Referee.
22. Signature Homes reserves the final right to cancel, terminate or change any of these terms and conditions at any time without prior notice. The entitlement of the Referral Rewards shall be at the sole discretion of Signature Homes and Sun Hung Kai Properties Limited.
23. The conditions aforesaid are subject to the terms and conditions of the New Tenancy Agreement and the availabilities for selected residential leasing properties of Signature Homes. For details, please contact the Signature Homes General Hotline (+852 9228 2931).
24. Sun Hung Kai Properties Limited and Signature Homes reserve the right of interpretation to the aforesaid terms and conditions in case of any dispute, which interpretation shall be binding and conclusive.
